프로젝트 매니저와 프로덕트 매니저의 차이점

나를, 나의 역할과 포지션을 부르는 이름이 시대의 흐름에 따라 조금씩 바뀌어 간다. 10년도 채 되지 않은 기간에 불리는 이름이 여러 차례 바뀐다. 프로덕트 디자이너, 서비스 기획자, UX 기획자, 프로덕트 매니저, 프로젝트 매니저, 프로덕트 오너 등 비슷하면서도 오묘하게 이름들이 세분화된다.

 

참으로 역동적인 분야이다. 사실 그래서 좋다.

Researchers are swimming in context. Pair that context with principles of design justice to contextualize your findings and suggest better strategic futures. I’m currently trying to integrate this with our design practice as part of our charter.

UX designers can work more closely with stakeholders (business and users alike) through inclusive co-design and participatory methods. I recommend Creative Reaction Labs’ workshops for both this and my previous point to learn more.

Visual designers can invest in storytelling. Volunteer to overhaul a dry business preso if you can convince them to also let you do (some of) the presenting, bringing your voice to a room normally without designers.
